We have an opportunity for an Engagement Manager - Application Development (Microsoft/Java) for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.
Job Description:
- Middle east or India Experience is must
- Build competency in the area of CSD - Custom Software Development (Java/MS technologies)
- Support pre-sales for sales pursuits / solutioning, estimations, proposals, client presentations
- Manage technology community for CSD
- Project Management - ensure margins, schedules are ahead of budget
- Client Management - ensure high OTACE/ Client Satisfaction Score
- People management - ensure high retention
Required Skills:
- Experience in managing competencies for CSD
- End-to-end delivery and project management experience
- Well-versed with tools and methods for delivery and pre-sales
- Client facing, people management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Has commercial and business acumen
- Has worked with Indian clients
- No travel constraints - long or short term
