GM will work with the team to design solar PV solutions and developing relevant technical and financial models for implementing them. It will include preparation of pre-feasibility proposals, detailed project reports, financial models for financial closure of projects and computing detailed IRRs for Solar PV projects like large captive rooftop systems and MW scale ground mount and floating solar plants.   Attributes   1) Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.   2) Domain knowledge in solar industry with current information on products and technologies.   3) Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.   4) Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.   5) To ensure that clients relationship by timely delivery and follow up on payments as per the sales contracts and vendor relationships.   Collaborative Responsibilities   1) To coordinate closely with the product development team to give market feedback on new products to be developed and changes to be made on existing products   2) To liaise between design engineers and sales team to give the right solutions and send out quotations.  3) To liaise with execution team to ensure right implementation and adhering to delivery schedules.   Required Skill Set   1) Building and maintaining customer and vendor Relationships   2) Ability to identify business opportunities  3) Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs   4) Motivation for Sales Planning, Managing Processes and project execution  5) Market and Industry Knowledge on Solar PV
