Sr Manager - Sustainability and Energy Efficiency

Experience:10-16 Yrs of Rel Experience

Specific experience will include:

- Minimum 12 years of Consulting or functional experience across one or more of the following areas:

Sustainability Performance Management

a. Assessment and data gathering

b. Identify risks and quantification

c. Guidelines, KPI’s and systems

d. Vendor and Product selection

e. Delivery through IT platform

Energy efficiency – Climate and Energy management

a. Client walkthrough audits

b. Identifying opportunities

c. Energy targets and roadmaps

d. Delivery- IT solution/ PMO for capital projects

e. Monitor and manage

Smart cities - City IT & Communication network solutions, Waste, water & recycling solutions, Smart grid Services

a. City growth strategy and sustainability

b. Opportunity assessment

c. Roadmap and targets

d. Delivery- IT solution/ PMO for capital projects

e. Monitor and manage

- Should be able to identify areas of growth and work towards developing the same.

- Understand the finances of projects and managed P&L’s.

- Exposure to project management, people management, crisis management, etc.

- Worked in an international context servicing clients or worked internationally

- Experience working with “C” level executive clients

MBA from a top B-School

- Bachelors and / or Masters in Civil, Environmental, Chemical engineering and Environmental Policy will be preferred.

Key Competencies and Characteristics:

- This individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the “C” level executives in a range of environments

- The individual should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

- The individual should be comfortable with the Pre sales ,sales and delivery cycle in a global client engagement model

- The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

- The individual should have demonstrated entrepreneurial instinct with a strong understanding of operating and scaling a business.

- The individual should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work

- The individual should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

- The individual should have high energy levels.

- The individual should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
