- The idea is to reduce the need for human intervention in IT management to a bare minimum. In-built Live monitoring and automated orchestration takes us to the era of self-healing IT ensuring no downtime and better performance with minimal support.

- Our customers (leaders in sectors like Biotech, Banking, Education, IT etc) also double up as our evangelists. We are supported by key executives in leading tech companies as angel investors/advisors.

- As we are notching the 10 customers mark, we are building the team that will be backbone of the organization when we grow from 10 customer to 100 and then onto 1000 customers. We are looking for a sales manager who will work with the founders in acquiring customers and growing revenue. We would like the candidate to grow quickly to be able to manage sales independently.

Key responsibilities will be :

- Drive sales and revenue for the organization

- Acquiring and managing partner relationships

- Managing and growing current and acquired customers

- Support with BD and GTM strategy

- Developing and growing collateral as needed

Eligibility :

- 3+ years of IT Sales Experience with proven track record

- Ability to interface with key stakeholders in the sales process

- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Technical know-how with good product level understanding

- Inclination to work with the dev team in improving the product per customer/market feedback

- Flexibility to work in a rapid and volatile start-up environment

- Engineering and MBA degree will be good to have

- Pre-sales experience will be good to have
