Ours is an early stage B2C startup founded by IIT alums. We are currently privately funded, details will be shared only with the short listed candidates. We are soon lunching our product in online service industry.

Must haves in the candidate

- Degree from top tier colleges in India (IITs / IIMs)

- Startup and Entrepreneurial mindset

- Execution oriented

- Bubbling with ideas and have the skill to execute them. Coming up with cost-effective ways of doing business

- Excited about the roller coaster ride of the entrepreneurial journey.

Role :

- Must be an excellent coder and out-of-box thinker to come up with creative solutions

- Able to engage regularly with key stakeholders in analyzing and evaluating the product functionalities, and provide technical direction to the product

- Bring in passion, dedication and quality into his/her work to develop a world-class product and mobile apps

- Critical contributor in managing product scope, schedule and developer resources

- Ready to roll up the sleeves and get hands-on at all times

- Identify Technology trends that may support or impede the success of the business

Compensation :

- Sweat equity in the company (opportunity to make a significant upside)

- No salary (foregone salary may also be converted into equity when VC investment comes in)
