Employment Counsel - LLB - Law Firm (5-10 yrs)
We are looking to source an Employment Laws specialist for a marquee (tier 1) law firm
The role reports directly into the Labour and Employment practise partner
Key Skills Required :
- At least 5 years of experience at a law firm / corporate role in broad management-side employment law practice, including advising on federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
- Advice and counsel the Human Resources professionals and business leaders on employment and labour law compliance, as well as advising on employment and contract, litigation matters and potential matters.
- Experience in structuring ESOPs is a must
- Excellent human resources problem solving skills, experience and skill in balancing business needs and potential compliance risks
- Ability to handle clients independently, turn around on client queries expeditiously
Education : LLB degree is a must
