Manager Employee Relation & Development -- Based at Factory

Exp - 7 to 11 yrs only with IR exposure

From - Any manufacturing industry

Responsibilities :

Manpower Planning:-

- Manpower Budgeting & Forecasting

- Recruitment, Selection & Placement

- Job Analysis & Evaluation

Employee Relations:---

- Strategic Labour Relations

- Maintain cordial relations with unions

- Employee welfare

- Counselling

- Ensure positive discipline

Rewards strategy:---

- Collective Bargaining Agreement (Long-term settlement)

- Wage & Salary Administration

- Rewards & Recognition initiatives

Capability Development:---

- New employee orientation

- Leader of Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) capability development module

- Performance Mgmt & Development for Salaried & Clerical cadre

- Design & Delivery of Training modules

- Statutory compliances:

- Liaison with Govt officials

- Periodic audit of compliances at site

- Leader of External audit module under QS & G guidelines
- Contract Labour Management

Personnel & Administration:--

- Corporate Policies implementation

- Facility Management

- Security

- Canteen

- Housekeeping

- Transport

- Time Office administration

- Records management
