Job Profile :
- Drive performance cycle from Performance Planning to midyear/ year end review.
- Facilitate org calibration.
- Initiate Performance Improvement Plan for low performers
- All India Capability Development of Managers on Performance Assessment as per the Cos model
- All India Employee Awareness on EP&R Criteria, Cos Assessment model and PMP process.
- Analysis of Employee Engagement Survey findings for Business Leadership.
- Create and drive Engagement Strategy across organization, functions and locations.
- Ensure Engagement as managerial / leadership accountability
- Ensure Co as an Employer of Choice at all leading B schools (Employer Branding at Campus)
- Talent Management – Owner of Leadership Development Program at Co (Management Trainee, Graduate Engineering Trainee Program at Co )
