Job Code 001 {Designation –Sr. Manager-Employee Engagement}
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Role
- Develop and implement the employee engagement road map and supporting communications plans
- Develop and deliver a fully integrated employee engagement activity calendar
- Manage all communications channels to ensure consistency and relevance
- Create, Lead & Manage employee forums, company events etc
- Measure engagement levels through Employee Engagement Survey and drive interventions based on the findings.
- Attrition Analysis and track action plans.
- Involvement in key HR projects as required.
Preferred Industry/ Organizations: Automobile, Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, Oil & Gas
Experience: 10-12 years
Education: Full Time MBA or Equivalent
Knowledge requirements:
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of Q 12 items and Gallup methodology
- Excellent writing & communication skills
- Highly organized, efficient and flexible
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient in all major Office computer packages
