The client is a US based KPO with delivery centres in US & India with approx 2500 employees. For its Mumbai office it requires Employee Engagement professionals:  Designation: across levels within Middle Management  Role specs:   - Shall be involved in driving Employee Engagement Initiatives for Mumbai centre. Leading the team towards achieving the defined targets and ensuring the Engagement Calendar is followed as per the schedule.   - Monitor and evaluate team's performance and share feedback   - Ensure the New Hire Engagement process and the Engagement calendar is followed and upgraded/ updated basis requirement  - Keeping a close tab on the attrition % and bring about effectiveness in the EWS accuracy  - Work on Low performers and the performance process  - Work on Exit interview Analysis/ Attrition analysis and come up with initiatives to curb attrition  - Engage in Employee motivation activities with focus on CSR activities  - Work on Process improvement projects on Quarterly basis   - Carry out Team members performance review at the regular intervals  Candidate specs:  - Relevant experience in Employee engagement.  - Should be comfortable working in Flexible shift timings ( 11 am – 8 pm / 1 pm – 10 pm)   - Must be PG in HR.  Location: Mumbai.
