Employee Communication & OD Specialist

- Employee Communication & OD Specialist is required for a Multinational CPG Company.

- The incumbent will be responsible for Employee Communication and Organizational Development including Employee Engagement, Employee Communication, Organizational Culture, Process Restructuring, Performance System Transformation, Learning Interventions, Change Management, and Talent Management & Leadership Development,

- The incumbent should be a full time Post Graduate in HR from premiere institute (like TISS, MDI, XLRI, SCMHRD, SIBM, IMT Ghaziabad etc) from 2008 / 2009 / 2010 passout batch, with at least 6 to 8 yrs of post MBA experience in HR and IR our of which at least 3 yrs in Employee Engagement, Employee Communication and Organizational Development in a Multinational Manufacturing Company.
