Position : Vertical Head – Emp. Benefit, HR Operation (Sr. Mgr / DGM)
Department : People Service Centre (Corporate Shared Services – Idea Cellular Ltd.)
Location : Pune
Reporting to : HR Head – People Service Centre
Salary : Open
Experience – (8 to 10 yrs) or (11 to 14 yrs)
Qualification : Any Graduation + MBA (Preferred)
Role Details :
- Ensure pan India Payroll Processing is completed efficiently so that salaries can be disbursed on time.
- Implement smooth roll out of pan India Mediclaim & GPAI insurance policy renewal & new joinee enrollments such that employees receive policy benefits in timely manner
- Implement national roll out of Nishchint Policy so that employee’s family receives hassle free settlement in case of demise.
- Roll out pan India F&F Process so that all settlements of ex-employees are completed accurately within the SLAs defined
- Central management of GM & above Poornata & Ma Foi data
- Create and launch Helpdesks for Payroll and Mediclaim to ensure quick query resolution for all employees.
- Manage all Emp. Benefit related activities with the help of 3-4 on-roll team members.
