Emjoy - Head - Operations

Emjoy, The estate Management App for property owners is looking for dynamic individuals to head city operations.

The compensation would be Equity only(1-3%, not a bar for the right candidate,expenses would be covered) for the first 6 months.

The incumbent would be required to

1.Oversee the setting of operations from scratch in a new city.

2. Work directly with the cofounders

3.Manage end to end operations with cross functional roles

4. Setup and train the operations teams

5. Refine the operational strategy based on realtime feedback.

While education is not a constraint/eligibility criterion, we will love to have someone with prior work experience with one of startups.
