We are looking for super smart experienced HR Analysts with good command on Excel and exceptional communication skills.The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.  Key Responsibilities :  - Create and maintain various HR reports globally on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis   - Identify data issues, lead efforts to interpret data & trends and makes recommendation and facilitates resolution   - Manipulate data for analysis   - Provide ad hoc reporting /analytics in support of strategic time-sensitive initiatives   - Identify, interpret and analyze trends in data sets and present findings   - Actively pulls new hire reports and employee referral reports for quarterly tracking   - Designing and implementing best HR policies in the organization, and documenting them.  - Timely management of payroll & benefits.  - Leave & attendance management and weekly reporting.  - Manage rolling out offers, joining and exit formalities, HR letters (Bonafide/Appraisal/Relieving), maintaining data for outstanding offers.  - Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance like PF related procedures.   - Attending to employee grievances and concerns.  - New Hire Process Initiation, On-boarding activities and Employee Induction Management.  - Manage Back ground verification related activities.   - Employee database, filing, query management/handling.   - Partnering and collaborating with other domains (Finance, IT, Business stakeholders) for essential HR operations activities.  Preferred skills and qualifications:  - 2-6 years of strong HR Analytics experience (2-3 years of HR Analytics experience in a startup is preferred).  - Have good command over Excel.  - 2-4 years of experience in Payroll processing and Induction.  - Exceptional Communication Skills  Salary Offered : 8 - 10 LPA
