Educational Qualification :   Candidate should be a Graduate/Post Graduate   Masters in Business Administration / Management Studies is highly preferred.   Required Work Experience & Key Competencies :   7-15 years of overall work experience in the Services industry or Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) sector (international process).   Should have been a part of a high touch and high volume transaction process, learning or Education Industry would be preferred.  Exposure to outbound and inbound calling, live chat process, e-mail interaction and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions is necessary.   Should have experience in consultative selling.  Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.   Should be presently managing a large team for at least 7 years.   Job Role :   Leading a large team of Managers, Program Advisors and Training & Quality members who are a part of the EMERITUS Global Contact Center.  Would be required to take full ownership pertaining to the B2C business of the organization and would be accountable to the management for achieving maximum enrollments and revenue generation across all programs.   Training, mentoring and guiding the team to greater success, in terms of enrollments, productivity and efficiency.   Working on constant improvements in the process and creating robust reporting and data analytic frameworks so as to effectively measure, quantify and analyze every step of the process as well as performance / productivity of each member of the team.   Coordinating with Senior Leadership   Implementing initiatives which would enhance lead (professionals enquiring on programs) delight and encourage them to apply as well as motivate others within their network to apply to EMERITUS programs.   Executing innovative methods and strategies for increased volume of enrollments and augmented revenue across all programs.   Collaborating seamlessly with senior leaders and key members from other teams and working towards continuous improvement and growth of the EMERITUS brand.
