Job Purpose: This position responsible for managing the Fund Raising &amp; Maintaining Relationship with Banks/ FIs at Group Level, Assessing the fund requirements at various entities/SPVs within the Group in consultation with the respective Finance Team and Senior Management. The position holder is also required to assist in selection of appropriate Banks/ FIs in consultation with Director- Corporate Finance and aid in obtaining loan sanction after negotiating the cost of debt and other critical terms and conditions while ensuring documentation is in place. Key Responsibilities: DEBT FUND RAISING - Submit the Loan Proposals to Banks/FIs - Preparing the cash flows/ Business Plan for the various projects - Follow up with Banks and ensure required note for sanction sent to HO - Obtaining initial term sheet from the Banks - Finalizing and obtaining the required valuation and legal opinions of the securities/ properties - Ensuring the required credit rating for the loans - Maintaining and Circulation of MIS periodically on Proposals and existing debts. RAISING LONG TERM CAPITAL - Assisting in restructuring / pooling of group assets to enable fund raising - Assisting in Structured/PE fund raising and related activities - To leverage on existing banking relationships OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES -&nbsp; - Coordination with the Banks/ FIs/Investors and ensuring timely disbursements - Coordination with various stake holders within the organization to ensure smooth process flows - Insurance interface for the Group Assets and Liabilities
