Embassy Group - DGM - Business Development (10-15 yrs)
Position Description: Responsible for leading/ developing additional revenue from external / non-captive business for Embassy Services in PM/ IFM sector.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Build a strong market presence.
2. Build Greenfield sales strategy and own execution of the strategy.
3. Owning the entire process of prospecting clients and building a strong sales pipeline.
a. Owning RFP responses and coordinating with internal teams / clients to ensure timely and complete submissions.
4. Identification of potential external customers and converting the cold calls to sales.
5. Create and nurture client relationships.
6. Build and grow a team of sales and pre-sales to pitch to clients.
7. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for post sales delivery.
8. Capability to build large strategic alliances
9. Team management
Key Skills, Experience background:
- Engineering Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
Experience:
- BD experience in a related industry
