- Planning PAN India BTL Strategy, budget allocation/spends.   - Identification of agency/media houses/vendors. Co-ordination with different agencies, negotiation, making presentation, approval, preparation, execution ( checking of Quality),monitoring feedback, fine-tuning & control of activity & budget.   - To lead the regional activation managers and implement the activation programs for the year across all brands. To effectively monitor and manage the budgeted spends.  - Strategizing,Planning & monitoring BTL activities across the country  - Periodic market Visits (give Market feedback) & Survey   - Analysis of sales/Coordination with sales teams for each & every activity.   - Analysis of the strategy of the competition   - Formulate & initiate various schemes like consumer schemes/promos   - Suggests new areas & opportunities.  - FMCG experience & added sales experience is preferable.  Candidates from Foods / Confectionery /staples/ FMCG/Telecom/Consumer durable Industry are preferred.
