Manager Recruitments is entrusted with the responsibility of managing and leading the recruitment process and the overall utilization of HR Recruiters. Additionally, the Manager is fully responsible for the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations. He/She resolves all issue evolving during hiring job vacancies and takes all managerial decisions.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Build Innovation in Talent Acquisition function by:  - Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters  - Ensuring timely closures of the assigned positions and building pipeline   - Expand network to hire potential candidates in a highly-competitive market and industry  - Keeping abreast with the market and industry information and highlighting trends  - Building industry data on key skills  - Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database  - Headhunting - generating leads and converting them  - Salary negotiation with the candidates and follow-ups till the requirement is fulfilled   DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE  - MBA in HR with minimum 5 years of experience in an E-commerce/Retail Industry.  - Excellent communication and organizational skills  - Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.   - Must be driven, self-motivated and committed to a start-up lifestyle   - Thorough and up to date knowledge of all employment laws/ statutory requirements   - Passion for what we are building at Elitify   OUR STORY:   In the summer of 2012 on a lazy Sunday afternoon, we stumbled upon Mr porter.com.
