Elitify is looking for an Engagement Manager within the Human Resources team work together to attract, develop, and retain Elitify's most valuable asset-our team members to enhance the commitment and energy that employees bring to work. Engagement Manager will be responsible for increasing productivity, content and loyalty of the employees by taking various initiatives.  Job Responsibilities :   - Actively engage the individuals and groups through structured interactions, as well as regular communications formally and informally.  - Develop and administer satisfaction surveys, interviews and capture feedback from the individuals, talent groups and managers.  - Responsible for Listening to employees' insights and suggestions for improvement via employee surveys to solicit employee feedback.  - Be the voice of the talent groups and individuals in reflecting issues back to management and ensure timely resolution of issues.  - Design and develop the engagement and communications strategy for the organization.  - Based on survey results, develops action plans with key stakeholders to improve employee engagement across the company.  - Responsible for taking initiatives in terms of weekly fun team activities to enhance the power and feeling of satisfaction of individuals working on the team  Desired Profile :   - Post Graduate in Human Resources.  - 3-8 years experience, good communication skills.  - Thorough understanding of the talent management processes and their linkages to other key HR processes.  - High level of empathy, responsiveness and relationship orientation.  - High level of maturity and tact to deal with ambitious and high self esteem individuals.  - Discipline to follow through the action plans arising out of interactions with the employees  Our Story :   In the summer of 2012 on a lazy Sunday afternoon, we stumbled upon Mr porter.com.
