Salary offered: 15 - 20 LPA  We are looking for someone with an experience of working in membership renewal.   Job Duties :  1. Responsible for devising and implementing the renewal strategy of SPSM for existing members.  2. Know how of strategic retention policies and schemes.  3. Will look after membership growth and engagement initiatives for them to become a part of the NLPA Community.  4. Value creation for both paid membership & free membership  5. Responsible for timely membership communication  6. Creating - Chapter/SIG Formation/MAG Volunteer Management as applicable  Key Skills:  1. Association/membership experience mandatory (with the likes of - CII,FICCI etc)  2. Previous experience of engaging members in a similar setup.   3. People Skills
