Job Description

The Language Coach is a highly focused position to provide support to a top quality service-oriented and highly successful B2B inside sales team.

Designation: Communications / Voice & Accent Trainer/ Voice Coach

Exposure to Sales and Customer Service operations

Scope and Responsibilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to coach are a prerequisite

- Monitor calls basis Communication & Soft Skills, also share productive feedback to enhance agent performance

- Knowledge of Phonetic English, Syllable, Intonation & Grammar

- Ability to maintain MIS and Performance reports

- Strong Presentation skills

- Analyze the Coaching / Training needs of the agents & support them in delivery

- Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach

- Able & Interest to coach / develop skills of new hires as well as current employees

- willing to train as per set modules

- Ability to use Microsoft Office with ease
