Responsibilities will include determining project scope, timelines, tracking project progress and measuring outcomes.  - S/he will collaborate with all internal departments,primarily with the COO, CFO and vendors to ensure proper alignment to project strategy, budget and objectives.  Responsibilities :  - Reviews program proposal/plan to determine time frame, budget, procedures for accomplishing staffing requirements, and any other resources to ensure successful completion  - Creates and executes a cost-effective plan, develops a timeline and tracking schedule for proper utilization of resources for the program  - Works closely with CFO and COO to ensure program(s) meet expectations; reports regularly on the quality and cost attributed to the program(s)  - Works closely to coordinate work scope with vendors and contractors  - Tracks and controls the schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project(s) within budget and timeline  - Conduct analysis into key areas and present findings and recommendations in simple, compelling ways to all levels and maturity of audiences.  - Establish trust-based relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders to enable dialogues for resolving complex problems, creatively solving for key gap areas, and get alignment /commitment for solution execution.  - Build business and functional knowledge as appropriate to the role. Be informed on emerging technologies, service models and industry providers to evaluate options for partnerships through better data, effective processes, and best-fit technology.  - Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity on strategic information.  Necessary Qualification : Bachelors (Management)  Preferable Qualification : Graduate + MBA / PG (Operations) from top ranking institutes  Experience : 03-4 years  Location : Pune  Reports to : Director - Operations
