Elara is expanding its team and is looking to hire experienced Associates with domain expertise in Pharmaceutical sectors.

Job Summary:

The job involves:

- Job profile will include preparing thematic work, supporting daily coverage

- Collecting financial data using on-line and other data sources such as Bloomberg and Reuters

- Responsible for developing Financial Models in co-ordination with Lead Analyst

- Interpretation of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statements

- Ability to carry out Ratio Analysis and Regression analysis

- Analyzing companies in the sector and to aid in preparing research reports with maximum Impact

Qualifications:

- CA, MBA (Finance) from premier institutes. CFA (US) qualification shall be an added advantage.

Skills and Experience:

- Should have minimum 1-3 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of the sector

- Should have good analytical capabilities leading to development of actionable ideas

- Strong Accounting and Financial skills

- Advanced level of Excel knowledge and PowerPoint Presentation

- Familiarity with research software like Capital-line, Bloomberg, Reuters, etc

- Excellent communication, Relationship management and Networking skills

- Ability to work in a self managed, entrepreneurial environment and should be a good team player

Key Responsibilities:

- To track, understand and analyze companies in the sector

- Assist in formulating of Research reports and industry analysis, market scenario analysis etc

- Brainstorm & formulate new investment ideas
