Vitastaa online services is a start up building a highly engaging social commerce platform which brings the luxury of personal styling to the ease and access of e-commerce, building a community of inspired consumers and empowered Stylists.  Elanstreet.com, our platform is the first such social commerce site which brings styling, e-commerce, and personalized service together to create and inspire a community of successful, well-dressed individuals.   We are currently looking for self-motivated and passionate individuals in the domain of e commerce supply chain /operations who would like to be part of an energetic team involved in creating an exciting new user experience. The chosen employee would enjoy a high level of responsibility and opportunity to contribute in all cross functional decision making, along with an output based flexible working environment.  - This role will be responsible for creating a model for connecting the web based platform to all back end and front end stakeholders   Key Responsibilities include :   - Identifying and designing the optimum supply chain model keeping in mind cost optimization, time management and service quality to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction   - Coordinating with all the stake holders from technical team,sourcing,payment solutions to vendors to ensure smooth running of operations for the platform  - Designing an efficient and effective inventory management cycle to ensure continuity of optimum services to the final users   - Training the vendors on the web application and keeping them motivated to provide timely and quality services   - Formulate contingency plans in case of fall outs in the supply chain cycle to minimize customer dissatisfaction   Key Competencies :  - Minimum of 7 to 8 years of over all experience in the field of eCommerce, retail or financial services in managing the supply chain network ( minimum 1 year of eCommerce market place experience)  - Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills   - Should have the perspective to envisage smooth running of web platform by way of uninterrupted movement of goods/services  Qualifications :   - MBA /Masters degree preferred  What we offer :   - Negotiable remuneration depending on skill level and commitment to the project  - Flexibility in work   - You can even work from home / work part time ( Provided you can stick to the deadline)   - Can look at ESOP  The suitable candidate will be the core member of Founding Team and lead the operations for the venture.
