Vitastaa online services is a start up building a highly engaging social commerce platform which brings the luxury of personal styling to the ease and access of e-commerce, building a community of inspired consumers and empowered Stylists.  Elanstreet.com, our platform is the first such social commerce site which brings styling, e-commerce, and personalized service together to create and inspire a community of successful, well-dressed individuals.   We are currently looking for self-motivated and passionate individuals in the domain of sourcing and merchandizing who would like to be part of an energetic team involved in creating an exciting new user experience. The chosen employee /consultant would enjoy a high level of responsibility and opportunity to contribute in all cross functional decision making, along with an output based flexible working environment.  For the sourcing /merchandizing resource the aim is to source products from various vendors in India and other countries, which are of high quality and unique brand value.  Skills :   Mandatory :   - Experience in vendor on-boarding, this will include searching relevant vendors, initiating talks, negotiating, ordering, payment etc.   - Building supply strategy designers, brands, premium fashion stores   - On-board supply meet with key stakeholders, convince them to partner with us and conduct all commercial negotiations   - Corporate tie-ups Affiliate partnerships strategy, identify partnership opportunities for couponing, cross-platform marketing, strategic partnerships, etc.   - On-board affiliate partners - meet with key stakeholders, convince them to partner with us and conduct all commercial negotiations   - Should have good communication skills   - Should be able to work independently and manage the whole process end-to-end   - Excellent writing skills   - Great with MS-Office, search engines, yellow pages, social media etc. basically everything required to find the vendor we need.   - Should love fashion and have a keen aesthetic sense  What we expect :   - Understand the company goals and product range.   - Identify the potential list of vendors for a product category, Choosing a final supplier(s) including negotiating the best cost and contract terms, on boarding the vendor smoothly  - Managing the supplier relationship on an ongoing basis including holding the supplier to quality and compliance requirements  - Developing negotiation strategies to deliver against business objectives and achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers. This includes periodic rebidding to insure our costs remain competitive   - Share a common vision and contribute with amazing ideas for the product.   - Handle the process single-handed, team will be added as we grow  - Build back-end tools to automate business processes.   - Experience in e-commerce/Internet start up.   Qualifications :   - Fashion graduate preferred   What we offer :   - Negotiable remuneration depending on skill level and commitment to the project  - Head the Sourcing team, as we grow   - Flexibility in work   - You can even work from home / work part time ( Provided you can stick to the deadline)   - Can look at ESOP  The suitable candidate will be the core member of Founding Team and lead the sourcing for the venture.
