To know more about the awesome work that Eko is doing, please visit http://www.eko.co.in/   Profile: Area Sales Manager  Location: Delhi NCR /Thane-Mumbai  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territory   - Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners   - Own very aggressive targets for expanding the network, customer acquisition, transaction value and revenue from services new to the market  - Ensure consistent beat of internal and external sales staff and consistent performance by the channel  - Coordinate BTL / ATL marketing activities to drive customer acquisition and transactions  - Manage relations with local vendors  - Manage relations with partner Bank’s local branches  - Find out and resolve channel and customer issues, if any  - Be responsible for profit and loss from the assigned territory  - Coordinate daily MIS and reporting, should be able to make a plan (excel and PPT) for the assigned geography  - Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures provided by the organization  Qualifications:  - MBA (Sales or Marketing) from one of the top management institutes  - 2-3 years experience, preferably in channel management in FMCG/ Banking/ Insurance sector  - Candidate having prior experience and demonstrated ability in leading such work in a start-up phase would be preferred  - Knowledge of the market trends and sound functional / business knowledge (preferably in the field of Banking/ Insurance services/FMCG)  - Candidate having prior experience of working in these locations would be preferred  Skills:  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  - Excellent word, excel and presentation skills  - Thrive on challenges/ sulk in absence of challenges  - Understanding of consumer and channel behavior  - Drive to excel in establishing a new service to a new market  - Attention to detail and good analytical skills  - Good convincing/ influencing skills  - Leadership qualities as opposed to managerial skills  - Understanding of local language would be preferred  Interested candidates to post their CVs with the following details:  Current CTC: Current Location: Preferred Location: Notice Period:
