We're looking for a Sales - Head for education gaming company based out of Mumbai (www.eduisfun.com)
- The role requires to meet with new prospective clients of the company that is School Founders / chairperson / Principal and other key stakeholders to propose them a solution
- Following up with new business opportunities and setting up the meetings.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new opportunities that meet client needs.
- Possess knowledge of edtech industry and learning business
- Supporting the client with marketing efforts understanding content needs and accordingly driving curation efforts
- Demonstrated record of handling existing customers in B2B environment
- Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time
Please note this role requires extensive travelling and is not an office based role. It requires a hunter mindset to acquire new business
Desired skills -
- MBA is preferred
- The ideal candidate would have an experience of 2-5 years in sales with prior experience in education industry
- Candidates having client relations with schools/institutions is a plus
- Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential.
- Ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively.
- Excellent Communication, Listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
- Outstanding teamwork, organisational and interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to detail.
- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner.
Candidates with similar experience of 2+ years are preferred.
