Role Description :  The Human Resources - Talent Engagement Employee will be responsible for :  - Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment  - Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience  - Work with the leadership and employees to address all types of employee relations issues   - Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development.  - Partner with leadership to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.  - Working with business groups assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within client group  - Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures  Additional Responsibilities associated with this role :  - Acts as first point of contact for employees for performance management and employee relations issues   - Provide advice, counsel and resolution to managers on a broad range of employee issues including general HR issues, policy interpretation, work conditions, employee development, performance management and succession planning  - Provide guidance and support in organizational development and growth  - Supports resolution of employee relations issues and conducts investigations as necessary.  - Confers with and/or advises management regarding interpretation of policies and/or processes; provides guidance to management to ensure compliance with state and federal laws  - Reviews, maintains and updates the Human resources online handbook and policy and procedures manuals as necessary. Communicates changes and updates to the workforce and provides training when appropriate  - Acts as a liaison between employees and management to address various situations as necessary.  - Conducts/coordinates Human Resources related training programs  - Conducts exit interviews to ensure proper information is captured, recorded, and is available for analysis  - Explains governmental rules, regulations, and procedures to associates and the need for strict compliance   - Assists in investigation and resolution of associate legal complaints and coordinates processes for responding to legal complaints by working with corporate counsel  - Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required  Pre-requisites for this role :  - Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results  - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative  - Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness  - Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation  - Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws   - Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network  - Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities  - MBA with specialization in HR from a Premier University   - At least 2-6 years of relevant experience in areas of Human Resources Management & Development  - Excellent Communication and presentation skills  - Ability to self-start, find solutions and deliver results within strict deadlines
