Job Purpose : To manage Trading infrastructure and project management of retail trading business.

Key Responsibilities :

Managerial Responsibilities :

- Responsible for planning the aims, objectives and priorities of subordinates work area.

- Goal Settings, Mid Year Reviews and Annual reviews for the team

- Set monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.

- Provide clear guidance, instruction, advice or coaching for the job

- Be a good role model for behavior and probity yourself

- Managing performance

- Managing discipline and complaints

- Reward & Recognition

- Define, set and measure team goals

- Recruit / motivate and retain talent

Functional Responsibilities :

- Ensuring Business as usual for retail trading platform.

- Carry out Pre market checks to ensure application up time.

- Bring closure to points highlighted in VAPT (Vulnerability and Penetration test)

- Infrastructure management for the retail Platforms

- BAU and SLA Management issue tracker, weekly update with vendors on resolution

- Fortnight IT steering dashboard to sr. management

- Project / Program management.

- Evaluation and POC of new technologies

- Responsible for RTO and RPO for a set of BCP infrastructure.

- Contribute to technology Budget finalization

- Interactions with Strategic Partners (like Omnesys, HP, Dell and IBM etc).

- Change management process, for smooth roll out

- Exception management to business team on RCA, CA, PA

- Manage software and hardware procurement

- Renew and manage AMC / Subscriptions.

Qualifications : Min Graduate. BE/ Post grade preferred

Experience : Min 10 - 12 years.
