Sales Skills :   Identify and qualify quality leads for the organization's key product offering   Develop trusting relationships with prospects / opportunities in 1st few interactions   Can gauge client's need and tailor product pitch according to their specifications.   Win pilots, influence client, work on conversion for a qualified opportunity   Handle technical pre-sales activities   Drive customer engagements with the account based marketing.   Prepare business development strategies for the geo/region assigned.   Secure additional or new business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationship with current and potential clients.   Work on pricing for enterprise customers to win deals / annuity clients   Past Experience in solution selling (LMS, CRM, ERP solutions)   Technical Domain expertise :   Should not be averse to understanding Technology.   Should be comfortable in understanding and explaining technology and solutions.   Should have relevant understanding of e-learning, gamification, learning and development discipline   Business Development :   Ability to develop and implement B2B sales strategy, market mapping and analytic of the markets.   Planning activities to achieve established targets   Effective time and pipeline management to align sales efforts with sales targets   Ownership & Commitment :   Able to see the larger picture, willing to take responsibility for tasks and initiatives.   Attention to detail in planning and communication   Preference of Professional background (In either or both of the following) :   Minimum 8+ years of B2B Channel Sales (Solutions)   Direct Solution Sales (LMS, CRM, ERP etc)   Preference of Educational background :   MBA is an advantage   Bachelor in IT / Computers or related field is an advantage
