Position: Senior Consultant - Investment Promotion   Qualifications  1. At least Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Public Policy, Law or Business Administration from a recognized/reputed institution in India or abroad   Preferred Experience   1. At least 7 years of experience in management consulting, government consulting, industry associations, market research, working with multilateral and bilateral agencies  2. Understanding of Industries, Infrastructure, banking and finance, manufacturing, IT and ITeS preferred   3. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills  4. Strong management skills, particularly in planning, scheduling, and managing multiple tasks and people working under tight deadlines  5. Experience in managing large projects for governments, private sector, multilateral clients and industry associations   6. Demonstrated team management and mentoring skills  7. Experience in writing technical proposals and reports  Broad Job Description   1. Develop sector expertise and strategies involving quantitative and qualitative research to drive investments into the state of Andhra Pradesh   2. To proactively market potential projects to investors and facilitate their approval by the respective authorities  3. Provide handholding support to potential investors, state government agencies and other departments throughout their investment process in the State, with a view to facilitate ease of doing business in the State.   4. Liaise with potential investors, government departments and agencies to facilitate ease of doing business in the state  5. Review proposals, financial models, joint ventures, project structuring, reports etc. and make necessary recommendations to relevant departments   6. Proactively contributes to management and organization development activities including thought leadership, training etc.  7.
