Qualifications:  - At least Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Public Policy, Law or Business Administration, Finance or Engineering from a recognized/reputed institution in India or abroad  Preferred Experience:  - At least 7 years of experience in government advisory, transaction advisory management consulting, investment banking, government consulting, working with multilateral and bilateral agencies  - Understanding of PPP models, Joint venture structures, FDI procedures, treatment of land and allocation processes, sectoral incentives, banking and finance, etc.  - Excellent understanding of financial model and project structuring  - Excellent stakeholder and client management skills  - Strong management skills, particularly in planning, scheduling, and managing multiple tasks and people working under tight deadlines  - Experience in managing large projects for governments, private sector, multilateral clients and industry associations   - Demonstrated team management and mentoring skills  - Experience in writing technical proposals and reports  Broad Job Description:  - To independently handle projects of high value from the concept to implementation stage  - Provide handholding support to potential investors, state government agencies, and other departments throughout their investment process in the State, with a view to facilitate ease of doing business in the State  - Be thorough with policies, acts, and regulations, including those of land allocation, governing the projects handled by EDB and be willing to contribute to other projects to ensure achievement of the targets of EDB  - Establish relationships with the relevant stakeholders in the Government and other promoting agencies while handling projects  - Provide timely project updates through reports or presentations to investors, govt. departments, and other stakeholders  - Proactively contribute to the knowledge management database of the organization
