eCommerce Product Manager (6-8 yrs)

Responsibilities

- Drive product and integration roadmap, including market segmentation and sizing, market and competitive analysis, technology trends to achieve product line goals.

- Define appropriate distribution channels for content discovery including timeline, email, logged out experiences and mobile integrations

- Manage product requirement definition and feature identification for future initiatives, including documentation of prioritized feature sets and use cases.

- Engage with development and QA teams at the appropriate times to realize the goals of the product.

- Be a driving force in assembling the resources necessary to ship high-impact products and features, and facilitate communication throughout the development process

- Work with the release process and support teams to insure that the product is released successfully and any issues in production are resolved quickly.

- Measure and analyze success of product or feature using internal tools as well as tools like Google Analytics

Requirements

- 6 to 8 years of experience working in for consumer software companies or horizontal sites like eCommerce Companies

- Strong familiarity with product development, user flows and UI experience a plus.

- Experience working with teams in rapid delivery environments.

- Should have worked on projects involving teams of more than 8 people.

- Proven track record of building creative and effective marketing materials.

- Proven ability to successfully manage all phases of the product development lifecycle.

- Expertise with web/mobile analytic tools.

- Excellent organizational, statistical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, written and oral presentation and communication skills.

- Having worked on or shipped a consumer mobile product is ideal.
