We are looking for professional in Investment Banking domain who have been working in financial services, highly driven, result oriented and can work in a third party set up.   Must have -   Preferable relevant work experience in similar domain and team management skills  Trade Transaction Reporting on any asset class namely FX, Commodities, Equity, Rates and Credit and regulator namely CFTC, ESMA and CSA  Trade support experience in the investment banking industry   Good understanding of the trade life Cycle  Strong business understanding of the finance industry with special focus on Capital Markets and Derivatives  Excellent MS excel skills, knowledge of macro will be an added advantage  Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) and comfortable presenting at senior levels. Must have strong capabilities in MS Word & PowerPoint  Ability to work with teams across time-zones and cultures   Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations ability to read situations and act in minutes  Good with numbers and ability to derive information from data  Excellent multi-tasking and creative problem solving  Job Responsibilities :   - Take leadership role in independently managing back office operations for Investment Banks.  - Independently handle clients - establish self as a valued partner.  - Independently handle all client escalations and lead mitigation steps to prevent future escalations.  - Build domain expertise and lead from the front  - Initially the candidate will be work as an Individual Contributor.   - Lead team size of around 8-11 people - lead training, onboarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring etc  - Help knowledge management endeavor by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams  - Minimize program dependence on self and other key members  Interested candidates please revert back.   Reema Ahuja
