We are looking for professional with IT graduate degree, Management (MBA) Graduate with 15+ years of experience;highly driven, result oriented and can work in a third party set up.   Experience of managing large multidimensional Operations, Change, and/or Technology program teams comprising varied service lines in the Financial Services domain.   Must have :   Domain :   - Strong business understanding of the finance industry with focus on Capital Markets and Derivatives, Investment banking backend processes or securities operations   - Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas:   KYC and Client Onboarding,   Derivative Operations,   Risk and Financial Reporting,   Asset Servicing,   Reference Data   Should have played a leadership role in at least 2 of the following areas: i) Operations, ii) Change / Consulting, iii) Technology, with experience as described below:   Operations :   - Proven track record of managing complex operations and P&L   - Ability to drive multiple teams and senior managers to meet client expectations with respect to SLAs, KPI and KRIs   - Drive culture of delivering automations, productivity gains, identifying and implementing process improvements.   Change / Consulting   - Data-driven approach   - Expertise in solving issues, creating value, maximizing growth and / or improving business performance for client organization   - Interaction with senior leadership in client organization   Technology   - Led large-scale technology implementations in the BFSI domain (bespoke application or utility product used by the bank/ multiple banks)   - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, experience in Agile as well as traditional project management principles   - Good understanding of technological trends in the software industry and some experience with implementation of these stacks like Robotics, Machine Learning, Analytics tools (desirable/ not mandatory)   - Experience in managing multi-functional project teams   Personal   - Possess strategic perspective, business acumen, action orientation and drive for results   - Ability to present and lead client meetings with senior internal leadership as well as external stakeholders   - Ability to understand and analyze complex problems, methodically devise and present a solution, and apply sound judgment independently   - Well-organized with ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task, while working independently.
