Currently we have an opportunity for Associate Program Manager/DGM - Pune Location.   We are looking for professional in Investment Banking domain who have been working in financial services, highly driven, result oriented and can work in a third party set up.   Job Description - Responsibilities :   Understanding of the OTC securities market place and exposure to processes across phases in the OTC lifecycle, i.e. Trade Validation and Control, Confirmations, Settlements, Reconciliations, Collateralization, Reference Data Management, Trade Enrichment, Risk Management etc.  Exposure to third party platforms which are industry standard applications deployed within trade processing life cycle like Intellimatch, Smartstream, Asset Control, Calypso, Loan IQ, Excalibur, Bloomberg, Business Objects, GMI, Qulaity Center, Omgeo, TriResolve etc  Experience in managing change projects in IB ops in roles in different functional roles of Project Manager, Test Manager, Business Analyst for at least 5 years, Strong familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle  Experience in managing consultants working on RtB and CtB projects for atleast 5 years  Familiar with best practices in BABOK and PMBOK  Perform all levels of data analysis, including data mappings, data feeds, data modeling (both relational and message), and data transformation as related to an Enterprise Environment  Ability to prepare standard and ad-hoc presentation decks in a timely manner on new opportunities, best practices, governance structure etc  Ensures consistent and meaningful reporting and issue resolution management  Lead discussion around issue resolution (classification of issues, follow ups etc.)  Acts as mediator to resolve issues, can own issues and brings it to closure  Proactively involves key stakeholders and Line management  Engage stakeholders proactively and coordinate across respective teams sitting in different regions  Desire to share the information and escalate to Program Test manager on a timely fashion   Strict adherence to project and program governances and policies on testing according to Global Ops Change  Ensure governance is maintained at all stages during project testing by maintaining artifact  Shift : General/EMEA   Location :Pune   Reema Ahuja
