We are looking for professional who have been working in financial services, highly driven, result oriented and can work in a third party set up.   Job Description - Responsibilities  - Responsible for handling revenues in the range of $ 3 mn to $ 5 mn depending upon the program /function size.   - Would be handling a team size of around 40-60 people. Responsible for lead hiring, training, Onboarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring etc  - Would be interacting with the clients on day to day basis in order to farm the existing accounts, scout for new opportunities i.e. new products/new geographies   - Ensure timely execution of all operational deliverables as per the agreed quantity and quality SLAs  - Should be willing to travel to multi-locations  - Leading the team including growing, motivating and retaining the team  - Working with shared services teams to ensure all the business requirements are met.  Background & Skills  - Preferable relevant work experience in similar domain and team management skills   - Strong business understanding of the finance industry with special focus on KYC backend processes.  - Analytical and Problem solving abilities, Excellent communication and team management skills, Leadership, ability to impact Customer directly, quality consciousness and Relationship building   And networking skills  - Must have strong capabilities in MS Word & PowerPoint  - In addition they need to possess strategic perspective, business acumen, action orientation and drive for results.  - Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of eClerx India based operations team  - Ability to work with teams across time-zones and cultures   - Excellent multi-tasking and creative problem solving  Interested candidate please revert back with update CV-   Reema Ahuja
