The company is expanding its Search and Selection business and is looking for the Business Head to lead the practice.  The position will report into the CEO of the company.  - The ideal candidate should have at least 10-12 years experience in Search & Selection business  - The ideal candidate would have considerable experience in being part of Search & Selection as business and not just manage captive sourcing  - Should have an experience of at least 3-4 years as Head of the function or region at least  - Should have experience or have the capability to build a team ground up  - Ideally, should have worked with leading Search firms in recent times  - Should have certain amount of client relationships to demonstrate the value individually brought to the business  The position can be based either out of Hyderabad or Bangalore based on candidate preference as company has significant operating base in both cities
