General Manager Job Purpose:

- Obtains profit contribution by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage complete administration of the office and its processes

- Design and implement Business Process Management and workflow solutions

- Plan, develop, monitor & administer operations to achieve financial & operational goal and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

- Define and implement quality benchmarks and standardized processes

- Increases management's effectiveness by orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; communicating values, strategies, and objectives;

- Creates annual operating plans that support strategic direction set by the board and correlate with annual operating budgets; submits annual plans to the board for approval

- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement and production policies; coordinating actions with corporate staff.

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and Serves as the primary spokesperson and representative for the organization.

- Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.

- Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.

Education & Experience

- College degree in business administration, commerce, management, industrial technology or industrial engineering

- 8+ years of experience in similar field

- Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English.

- Strong presentation skills,

- Ability to develop relationships and work extensively

- Self-starter - Independent remote worker

- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team

- Strong leadership skills;
