Our company develops an Online travel solution for the Middle Eastern market. We are after someone who is knowledgeable within the Travel domain in either Leisure and or Business Travel. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well a proven track record in Business Analyst within the Travel Domain.

Qualification :

- Around 5 to 7 years of business analysis, requirements elicitation, solution implementation, user training of client-server, web based enterprise and mobile solutions

- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills

- Team Leadership experience in various structured Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) Environments

- Proven ability in travel domain and streamline internal processes to suit the business need

- Proven experience working on multiple concurrent projects

Major Responsibilities include:

- On-Going Responsibilities:

- Plan Business Analysis, Document & Manage Requirements

- Analyse business needs, define solutions, scope and system requirements

- Support the Project manager and technical teams in creating system-related documentation [BRS, SRS, FSD, RTM-] consistent with standards and procedures outlined in the applicable development methodologies [Agile, Iterative, Waterfall]

Defining Solutions:

- Perform feasibility study and Gap Analysis

- Develop As-Is and To-Be business process required, as per the stated business requirements including the UML [Block, Use Case, Sequence diagrams]

- Support the Design Architects and Technical Leads in defining the technical solution between Business and Project Teams

- Be the single point of contact for the business regarding the project scope and requirements representing the organisation.

- Act as internal Client representative for the development and testing team in clarifying requirements and suggesting solutions for the agreed scope.

- Facilitate meetings with business for inputs/clarifications/review development

- Coordinate Execution of Initiatives

- Understand the various business entities and cross-functional relationships

- Coordinate medium-large support enhancements and medium IT initiatives

- Support Pre-Sales team and Other Duties

- Serve as a domain expert for the Organisation, informed of trends and new developments in technology to better advise management of means to accomplish business and information systems goals

- Train the teams to improve domain knowledge among the teams

- There will be a requirement to travel long haul and maybe for significant periods of time in order to ascertain and interact with the business.
