Apart from being a core marketing activity, integrated campaign management is mainly used as a critical business lever that delivers clear business objectives. Role will require you to work with the design and communication team, development team, platform owners and merchandizing team on a daily basis.  Work involves:  - Converting a category manager's problem statement or business goal into a marketing plan  - Ideating on creative and deciding the communication approach that best suits requirements  - Planning an integrated campaign covering all available platform with targets and goals mapped to each channel  - Executing all activities in a timely manner, while closely co ordinating with internal and external teams - proficiency with tools and efficiency with tasks/checklists is crucial  - Tracking and measuring performances, taking decisions real time and optimizing on metrics  - Scope for innovating through technical solves  You should display deep understanding of online customer behaviour, various channel dynamics and should possess an analytical bent to analyze and present strong business cases.   Education: BTech/MCA is preferred. MBA is an added advantage.  Experience (Preferable):   - Total 2+ years of ecomm experience or in a role like client servicing handling ecomm clients is an added advantage  - Experience of having managed online campaigns with a keen understanding of success metrics and how to achieve them is a strong advantage  - Strategic bent of mind with a reliable and dependable professional approach that ensures ALL tasks are completed on time  - People skills - can be collaborative with various functions and can be assertive as and when needed  - Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, organizational and problem solving skills   - Extremely organized and highly motivated
