Manager- Seller Services Marketing is a critical role to the ebay Seller ecosystem, with thousands of sellers across different categories. This segment drives a significant share of transactions today.   - The Manager- Seller Services Marketing will work as an Individual Contributor & will report into the Head of Seller Services.  Job Responsibilities:  The basic objective of Seller Services is to grow the base of New Sellers on eBay.in while increasing GMV & listings. Broad category marketing skills will be key along with a good understanding of what our consumers (the ‘eBay User’) buy. A good understanding of using marketing levers to engage the seller community (Adding new sellers, retention & onboarding will be key). A good understanding of the Small & Medium Business and understanding motivators to get them to sell online will be another aspect.  Manager - Seller Services Marketing will have direct ownership of the following levers (for existing users):  - Engage Industry Bodies & Associations to scale  - Focus on building Seller Education Services Model for India @ scale  - Build a programmatic engagement around sellers-primarily leveraging the web  - Be the SPOC for Seller Development & Seller Related Issues  - Work with category teams to identify Key gaps in Seller pipeline & help build a plan to fill the same  - Responsible for Seller Onboarding, Churn, Retention, Scale.   - Key Metrics: NPS Scores, Nett New Seller Adds, Unmanaged GMV  Job Requirements:  - 5-7 years experience at least half of which is in a Consumer Marketing role  - Strong analytical skills with experience in strategic business planning.   - Experience in forecasting and managing budgets   - High energy and enthusiasm; team player who works well under pressure   - Strong team management skills will be critical  - Good at prioritization and time management  - Superior people and communication skills - verbal and written   - Preferred- MBA from top 5 business schools   Job qualifications, skills & experience and language requirements:  Detail the minimum qualifications, skills & experience and languages required for this position  - 5-7 years of professional experience, incl. at least 2 years of Online Marketing experience  Competencies:  (Outline between 5 and 10 competencies required for this position that will be assessed during the interview process.
