Job Requirements:  Responsible for managing multiple Tech categories – growing GMV, revenues, seller and brand acquisitions, charting the category roadmap and identifying growth opportunities, liaise with account managers to drive category objectives  - Driving category GMV growth  - Driving category revenues  - Ensure business metrics - listings, conversions, quality of listings, seller performance  - Building a sustainable supply chain with price competitive advantage  - Develop existing (and new) seller capabilities  - Continuously explore avenues for wider sourcing – sellers and product range  - Focus on future growth opportunities and areas of expansion  - Drive a positive buyer experience through enhanced seller performance  - Act as the category champion and advisor internally and externally  Functional  - Experience in a tech focused setup – sales; distribution and channel management; understanding of tech products channel dynamics; supply distribution chain  - Experience in ecommerce would be an advantage  - Channel management skills and prior seller interaction and behaviours  - Analytical skills and usage in business scenarios  Technical  - Comfortable with technology and its usage  Behavioural  - Team management  - Ability to conceptualise and execute quickly  - Negotiation skills  - Managing in unstructured environments  Job Qualification:  - A graduate with atleast 7-8 years of prior work experience.  - Comfort with technology applications and product usage – understand basic trends and changes in the sector  - Basic understanding of channel dynamics – preferably for Tech products  - Preferably should have managed a team of atleast 4-5 people earlier  - Fluency in witten and oral English and Hindi  - Analytical skills  Desirable – work experience in the ecommerce space  - Should have handled Tech products in previous roles – sales / marketing / product mgmt
