Prior experience. Construction/Service industry is preferred.   2. Willingness to work on Sunday's and do all level of work from, a customer calling to going for business presentation.   3. Please go through the scope of work which has been broadly laid out:  1. Managing the Supply - Managing servicemen, service delivery and customer satisfaction are the most challenging roles in a blue collared service industry. It involves patience and persistence. Candidate will be expected to have a proven record of being a part of executing projects and maintaining it's tempo.  2. A Natural Team Worker: Develop and upgrade an effective long term vision and strategy for the current operation and service teams. Including - areas for servicemen management, training and building team, shortlisting and finalizing vendors for outsourcing (if required),   3. Brand building and marketing: Build EASYFix brand amongst stakeholders (blue collared workers, customers and clients). Initiate loyalty program. BTL & other marketing campaigns in tier 1,2 and 3 cities for recruitment and brand building.  4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with operations, field and call center team  5. Ensuring Flawless Execution: Manage and create teams of Client Servicing Executives, Associate Managers and Business Development Executives to ensure flawless operational execution of after sale service programs for customers of clients - maintaining high customer satisfaction.  6. Finance management - Ensuring all servicemen are paid and make payment on time.  7. Business Management Aptitude - At EASYFix we ask people to be responsible for their project profitability. A significant amount of approval authority on cost and revenues, and control is with the team of people. The ideal candidate will be comfortable to take responsibility of, and thus accountability for, all of the above.  8. Service Industry Knowledge - You should have a some understanding of how unorganized and organized service industry works in India and western regions. This includes exposure and knowledge of:  - Current situation on Indian Service Industry - w.r.t. Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry-   - What are the problems faced by servicemen and how can that be tapped-   - What can be the solution- How can it be implemented operationally-   - Knowledge of EASYFix current business.  Even though we are currently only hiring for 3 cities but as we have plans to expand PAN India within next 1 year and therefore students who are applying should be open to transfer and travel outside their base location.  The position we are hiring for, requires extreme dedication and commitment of your time.
