Whereas on the other hand the servicemen also go through the challenge of finding more work, they do not have a regular source of income and do not have respectable living standards in the society. EASYFix bridges the gap, customer gets excellent service experience and servicemen gets better earning and better working environment. EASYFix takes privilege in having the 1st mover advantage and having the largest network of servicemen in the country.   Role & Responsibilities  Develop and execute an effective long term visition and strategy for the executing - After Sale Service Programs-, including - areas for servicemen management, training and building team, business development, and initiatives for brand building.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, which along with great operational delivery will make EASYFix the partner of choice for all work related to Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry for the client.  Manage team of Client Servicing Executives, Associate Managers and Business Development Executives to ensure flawless operational execution of after sale service programs for customers of clients - maintaining high customer satisfaction.  Ensuring project profitability by ensuring the increase in customer call conversion rate and constantly work on increasing the service ticket size. Work towards EASYFix's corporate marketing efforts to win new business, and thus grow revenue and profitability.  Maintain insights into competition to be able to maintain an advantage against competitor strategy and tactics.  Ensuring invoices are raised on time and follow up with clients for releasing on time payments.   Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role  Aptitude for Innovation - Our ideal candidate would be someone who in the past has shown an aptitude to not just accept the status quo and focus on maintaining it through good management - but would have had ideas for improving things. A tinkering/improvising attitude will be important for being on a process of continuous imrovement, and will help you have ideas for an effective long term strategy.  Business Management Aptitude - At EASYFix we ask people to be responsible for their project profitability. A significant amount of approval authority on cost and revenues, and control is with the team of people. The ideal candidate will be comfortable to take responsibility of, and thus accountability for, all of the above.  Stakeholder Relationship Management - While experience in business development and client management is not a pre-requisite, a successful professional in this role will have experience of interacting with senior stakeholders in own or partner organizations, and will have the necessary emotional maturity and communication skills to develop effective working relationships.  Team Management - You should have managed mid and entry level professionals, and should be able to manage teams, delegation and monitoring, but not requiring micro or hands-on management.   Service Industry Knowledge - You should have a some understanding of how unorganized and organized service industry works in India and western regions. This includes exposure and knowledge of:  1) What are the problems that customers face while availing services from an unorganised market-   a.
