Job Description for Role: National Collections Manager   Job Title: National Collections Manager - Collections & Digital Recovery   Experience : 4 to 8 Years  Job location : Pune   Job Description:  Person eligible for this role must have strong understanding of collections in loans and credit in India, worked in personal lending/loan, unsecured credit and/or credit card companies in collections teams. Should be able to build and deliver digital and physical collections processes and work with collections agencies to recover. Very deep understanding of collections and recovery management is utmost important. Candidates with inclination to use modern and digital collections systems will be preferred  Responsibilities:  - Banking professional (or lending institutional background) with experience of 3 to 6 years in banking operations and lending is a requisite  - Deep understanding of business processes and overall operations.  - Cross function experience in dealing with IT, Business and Operations teams.  - Understands application of the principles in the defined tasks related to basic Retail Banking processes such as risk calculation,credit policies, legal framework, CIBIL scores etc  - Knows the purpose of regulation and which authority is responsible for Banking & Financial Services supervision; understands regulations and compliance requirements for own allocated tasks  - Demonstrates an understanding of the role and importance of process management.  - Should have the capabilities to build relationships with collections agencies  - Able to work on modern collections and digital systems for collections  Qualifications:  - Worked for collections with core underwriting background in unsecured credit/lending including personal loans, credit cards etc.  - Post graduate in business management  - Experience in core banking products, knowledge on processes related to product management, underwriting systems, will be a added benefit.  Reporting to:  - Head of Lending Operations and Risk  About EarlySalary.com  EarlySalary.com is a new age NBFC linked lending platform that will change the way loans in India are taken.
