We are looking out for an internal strategy and planning support role to the Consulting leader

Education and experience

- 8 to 10 years of experience

- CA/MBA

Role Summary

- Support the consulting leader on the overall strategy and planning for the consulting BU.

- Organize, supervise and control the overall preparation, collation,and constant updation of all business plans for the consulting leader , in collaboration with related stakeholders.

- Assist the Consulting leader to drive and implement the strategy

- Is responsible for driving integration of the planning process across all departments/competencies to achieve short and long term targets

Job Responsibilities

- Builds strong internal customer relationships with competency partners/ leaders, acting as an internal consultant to define and achieve strategic business objectives.

- Supports the BU leader on developing and managing a planning process that articulates strategic, tactical and financial goals, plans and dependencies. Integrates planning process across key competencies and stakeholders to increase efficiency and effectiveness

- Ensures that all relevant business data is up-to-date, by constantly following up with relevant stakeholders and being on top of all facts and figures

- Undertake financial, functional and information analysis for enabling decision making at senior MC level

- Manages the preparation and submission of related Management Reports/plans (regular/ad-hoc), including charts, business plan summaries, presentations etc.

- Tracks progress on all plans with competency leaders and updates the BU leader on a regular basis.

- Lead researching and communicating with other relevant teams – locally, regionally, nationally and internationally (with network firms)- to work on plans/reports etc.

- Strong project/practice management skills

- Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic

- Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written

- Good financial skills and understanding

- Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software

- Influencing skills to use especially with internal costumers, in order to achieve results with and through people
