E-path India (http://epath.net.in/) is looking for a business development head to lead its marketing team based out of Delhi. E-path India was born when our founders decided to merge the expertises of running one of the best schools in the country (Ahmedabad International School) and running a leading technology company (http://www.arraycom.co.in/). The vision of E-path is to transform learning through technology. Having developed the best e-learning, assessment and remedial products in the industry over the last 5 years and refined them after piloting them with 100 schools and 50,000 thousand students E-path is now ready to undertake its growth journey.

The Business Development Head at E-path India will be responsible for the following things:

1. Developing new business in both public and private sector

2. Creating a team of professionals to carry out the BD operations across the country

3. Designing and implementing innovative campaigns across both traditional and digital media

4. Contribute to the overall functioning of the team just like at any other start up

The Business Development head should have 3-5 years of work experience in the domain of sales and marketing. Experience of having worked in a start up is a plus.

The salary indicated is negotiable. Apart from the fixed salary mentioned, the BD head will also be eligible for a share in the profits of the company or an equity stake.
