Key Objective of the Job: Drive CV Sales Finance for the country

Key Deliverables:

- Responsible for development and implementation of Sales strategy

- Define Retail Sales targets and incentives for Dealer partners

- Suggest products offering as per the market environment

- Manage close relationship with Dealers and to ensure achievement of Sales targets

- Provide Sales results analysis to Head - Sales and Head - CV & PV Business on monthly basis and propose necessary actions to optimize results

- Effective communication to field and developing skilled team

- Achieve KPA targets defined by management for retail financing
